Never Survive Alone
18+ adult content, explicit opt-in. Never Survive Alone adds adult intimacy between survivors to Build 42.20 as a server-validated system rather than a cutscene. What you carry, wear and hang on the wall changes how long a moment lasts and how long its calm holds afterwards.
Consent is the mechanic
Every character is opted out by default. Both participants must enable it before the server accepts a request, either can end a scene at any time, and disabling it clears everything the mod tracked.
Desire and Afterglow
Desire builds quietly while opted in and settles after a scene. The Afterglow that follows gives mood relief and never harms anyone.
Lifestyle layer
Adult toys, enhanced lingerie, magazines and collectible wall posters all feed one scene-bonus system.
Server-authoritative
Every proposal, consent check, wardrobe change and reward is owned by the server. The client only previews and presents.
CSR Survivor Bond
Afterglow syncs with the Common Sense Reborn Survivor Bond HUD, with no dependency either way.
Echoes partners (0.7.0)
Optional shared rest with Echoes of Humanity NPC partners, with persistent identity, native safety checks and saved Afterglow.
What's new in 0.7.1-alpha
- 42.21 poster walls — poster-wall checks use the supported door and window opening API on Build 42.21. Everything else from 0.7.0-alpha is unchanged.
Requirements
Adult content (18+). The mod's own documentation marks it 18+ and explicit opt-in only. It includes sexual themes, adult toys, lingerie, and pin-up magazines and posters. Project Zomboid Build 42.20+, single-player and server-authoritative multiplayer, with no required dependencies. Alpha. It supersedes and can't load beside Gooner Poster Tiles, Dildo Funny Weapon, Porno Mags, Bunny Suits Enhanced, Hottie-Z Poster Pack and Dildos! Redux; disable those first (existing items carry over).
