Tsar's Common Library
Faded's rebuild of Tsar's Common Library: the common vehicle library required by Project Faded Car's licensed W900 truck and trailer runtime.
Drop-in replacement
Uses the same mod ID, tsarslib, with a flat single-version layout.
Multiplayer authority
Timed-action completion uses proper client and server authority separation.
Bug fixes
Fixes for vehicle launch and load actions in multiplayer. Version 3.30 includes the current VirtualVehicle multiplayer fixes.
Requirements
Project Zomboid Build 42.20.4-compatible. Don't load it alongside the original tsarslib or tsarslib_HU; they claim the same ID.
