It is being built as an open, community-driven platform for Project Zomboid modders, server owners, and players who want a clean place to share, discover, and install mods outside of the Steam Workshop system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Join our Discord for support, updates, submissions, and community discussion:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/discord.gg\/GXCuQC2QS\">https:\/\/discord.gg\/GXCuQC2QS<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open Mod Publishing Platform<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faded Mods welcomes modders who are looking for an open-source, unrestricted platform to publish and distribute their Project Zomboid mods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Modders may submit their work for review, listing, and possible inclusion on the Faded Mods website and future Faded Mod Installer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Submitted mods will be reviewed before being added to the website or installer to help confirm:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The mod is safe to distribute<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The mod includes proper credits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The mod has clear permission or ownership status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The mod does not include stolen or unauthorized content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The mod has a proper Project Zomboid mod folder structure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The mod can be installed through direct download<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our goal is to give modders a fair, transparent, and accessible publishing option while protecting creators, players, and server owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Submit Your Mod<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To submit a mod for review, join the Faded Mods Discord and provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mod name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mod description<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project Zomboid build\/version<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Singleplayer or multiplayer support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Download file or repository link<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credits and permissions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Known dependencies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Screenshots if available<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any install notes or known issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After review, approved mods may be added to the Faded Mods website, listed on the Mods page, included in the Downloads page, and considered for future installer support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Join the Discord:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/discord.gg\/GXCuQC2QS\">https:\/\/discord.gg\/GXCuQC2QS<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Join the Faded Mods Community Faded Mods is more than a download site.
