{"id":68,"date":"2026-06-21T13:40:53","date_gmt":"2026-06-21T13:40:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fadedmods.com\/?page_id=68"},"modified":"2026-06-21T13:40:53","modified_gmt":"2026-06-21T13:40:53","slug":"terms-and-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/fadedmods.com\/?page_id=68","title":{"rendered":"Terms and Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FadedMods Workshop Access, Confidentiality, Restricted Party, and Website Use Agreement<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Effective Date:<\/strong> 06\/19\/2026<br><strong>Last Updated:<\/strong> 06\/21\/2026<br><strong>Website:<\/strong> FadedMods.com<br><strong>Owner \/ Operator:<\/strong> FadedMods \/ Luis Torres \/ Faded<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This FadedMods Workshop Access, Confidentiality, Restricted Party, and Website Use Agreement governs access to and use of the FadedMods website, FadedMods Workshop, FadedMods Mod Installer, private download portals, Discord-distributed files, private repositories, mod archives, local installers, manifests, documentation, and all related FadedMods-controlled distribution channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By accessing the FadedMods website, creating an account, joining a restricted FadedMods area, viewing protected content, downloading files, saving files, opening files, extracting archives, installing or launching the FadedMods Mod Installer, downloading any mod through the installer, using any FadedMods file, or otherwise interacting with FadedMods-controlled materials, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you do not agree to this Agreement, you are not authorized to access, download, view, install, inspect, analyze, copy, use, or retain any FadedMods Workshop Materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Definitions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.1 \u201cFadedMods\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cFadedMods\u201d means FadedMods.com, the FadedMods Workshop, the FadedMods Mod Installer, FadedMods-controlled Discord distribution channels, private download systems, private repositories, local mod archives, mod catalogs, manifests, documentation, and any related project, service, website, system, or distribution method operated by or on behalf of Luis Torres, also known as Faded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.2 \u201cWebsite\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWebsite\u201d means FadedMods.com and any related webpage, subpage, download page, installer page, documentation page, mod listing, support page, update page, or private access page controlled by FadedMods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.3 \u201cWorkshop\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWorkshop\u201d means the private FadedMods mod library, mod collection, archive, file system, installer-accessible catalog, or restricted distribution environment where FadedMods makes mods, tools, files, documentation, or related materials available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.4 \u201cInstaller\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cInstaller\u201d means the FadedMods Mod Installer, including any executable file, launcher, updater, manifest manager, downloader, configuration tool, helper application, script, archive, or related software used to browse, install, update, verify, or manage FadedMods Workshop Materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.5 \u201cWorkshop Materials\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWorkshop Materials\u201d means any file, content, system, or material made available through FadedMods, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>mod files;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>source code;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>compiled code;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lua files;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Java files;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>scripts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>executables;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>installers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>launchers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>manifests;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>archives;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>metadata;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>file structures;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>directory layouts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>textures;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>models;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sprites;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>icons;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>artwork;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UI assets;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sound files;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>configuration files;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>server tools;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>private documentation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>changelogs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>testing builds;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unpublished concepts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>private server systems;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>internal mod descriptions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mod dependency information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>compatibility notes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>screenshots;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>catalogs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reference documents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>installer logs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>access instructions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>support instructions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and any related content distributed through FadedMods-controlled channels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.6 \u201cUser\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cUser\u201d means any person or entity that accesses, views, downloads, installs, opens, extracts, launches, uses, copies, inspects, tests, analyzes, or otherwise interacts with the Website, Installer, Workshop, or Workshop Materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.7 \u201cAuthorized User\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAuthorized User\u201d means a person who has been granted express permission by FadedMods to access specific Website areas, Workshop Materials, Installer functions, downloads, or private mod files, and who remains in good standing under this Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.8 \u201cUnauthorized User\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cUnauthorized User\u201d means any person who accesses, attempts to access, obtains, downloads, views, installs, extracts, copies, analyzes, or uses FadedMods materials without express permission, outside the scope of permission granted, after access has been revoked, or in violation of this Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.9 \u201cRestricted Party\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cRestricted Party\u201d means any person or entity specifically prohibited from accessing FadedMods Workshop Materials under this Agreement, including the parties identified in Section 7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.10 \u201cConfidential Information\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cConfidential Information\u201d means all non-public information, materials, files, designs, structures, systems, code, assets, documentation, access methods, installer behavior, manifests, private catalogs, private mod descriptions, private downloads, private server tools, internal communications, or technical details made available through FadedMods or learned through access to FadedMods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Scope of Agreement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Agreement applies to all use of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the FadedMods website;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the FadedMods Workshop;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the FadedMods Mod Installer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>attached installer files distributed through Discord;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>private mod downloads;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>public mod downloads hosted by FadedMods;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>private repositories;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>private manifests;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>local mod archives;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FadedMods documentation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FadedMods catalogs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>support channels;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>update channels;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discord posts that distribute FadedMods files;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and any other FadedMods-controlled distribution method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Agreement applies whether materials are accessed through a website, Discord attachment, direct file transfer, installer, account system, shared archive, private server, repository, or any other method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Acceptance of Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You accept and agree to this Agreement by doing any of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>accessing the Website;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>creating an account;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>logging into a restricted area;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>clicking \u201cI Agree\u201d;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>checking an agreement checkbox;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>downloading a file;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>saving a file;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>opening a downloaded file;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>extracting an archive;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>installing the Installer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>launching the Installer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>using the Installer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>downloading a mod through the Installer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>viewing restricted Workshop content;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>joining a private Workshop access channel;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>receiving or using a Discord attachment containing FadedMods files;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>requesting support for FadedMods files;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or otherwise accessing, retaining, inspecting, or using Workshop Materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you access or use the Website, Installer, Workshop, or Workshop Materials on behalf of another person, organization, company, game studio, platform, moderation team, legal team, or third party, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to this Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you do not have that authority, you may not access or use FadedMods materials on that party\u2019s behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Private and Access-Restricted Materials<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All Workshop Materials are private, confidential, proprietary, and access-restricted unless FadedMods expressly marks them as public in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Access is granted only for the limited purpose authorized by FadedMods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No User receives any ownership interest in the Workshop Materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No User receives any right to redistribute, reupload, mirror, modify, extract, reverse engineer, decompile, clone, copy, scrape, publish, sell, sublicense, or use Workshop Materials except as expressly allowed by FadedMods in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Limited Permission to Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subject to full compliance with this Agreement, FadedMods may grant Authorized Users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable permission to download, install, and use approved Workshop Materials for personal gameplay, private server gameplay, approved testing, or other expressly authorized community purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This limited permission does not allow you to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>claim ownership of Workshop Materials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>redistribute Workshop Materials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reupload Workshop Materials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>modify Workshop Materials for release;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sell Workshop Materials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>include Workshop Materials in a modpack without written permission;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>create derivative releases;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>publish extracted assets;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>copy code, files, or assets into another project;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>use Workshop Materials for competitive analysis;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>use Workshop Materials for hostile review;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>use Workshop Materials to support enforcement actions against FadedMods;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or provide Workshop Materials to any unauthorized third party.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All rights not expressly granted are reserved by FadedMods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You agree not to disclose, transmit, share, summarize, reproduce, report, describe, publish, forward, screenshot, upload, mirror, redistribute, leak, inspect for disclosure, or otherwise communicate any Confidential Information or Workshop Materials to any unauthorized third party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This includes but is not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>mod contents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>source code;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>file structures;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>asset structures;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>installer behavior;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>manifest contents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>private download locations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dependency layouts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>technical details;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>compatibility notes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>internal documentation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>private server tools;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unpublished mod concepts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>screenshots of restricted files;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>extracted assets;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>copied text;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>private changelogs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>private Discord access information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or any other non-public FadedMods information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You agree to protect Confidential Information with at least the same level of care you use to protect your own private information, and in no event less than reasonable care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may not use Confidential Information for any purpose other than the limited purpose authorized by FadedMods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Restricted Parties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Indie Stone, including its owners, employees, contractors, agents, moderators, community representatives, affiliates, investigators, legal representatives, and any person acting directly or indirectly on its behalf, is strictly prohibited from accessing, downloading, installing, copying, inspecting, testing, extracting, unpacking, reverse engineering, decompiling, analyzing, using, or retaining any Workshop Materials without prior written authorization from FadedMods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This restriction also applies to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>any person accessing FadedMods materials for the purpose of reporting FadedMods to The Indie Stone;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any person accessing FadedMods materials for takedown, enforcement, moderation, platform complaint, or investigative purposes on behalf of The Indie Stone;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any person assisting The Indie Stone or its agents in obtaining FadedMods materials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any person who misrepresents their identity, role, purpose, affiliation, or authorization in order to access FadedMods materials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and any other party expressly denied access by FadedMods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any access by a Restricted Party is unauthorized unless FadedMods has provided express written permission before access occurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Prohibited Disclosure to Restricted Parties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You agree that you will not provide, disclose, forward, upload, screenshot, summarize, describe, report, mirror, redistribute, transmit, or otherwise communicate Workshop Materials or Confidential Information to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Indie Stone;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any employee of The Indie Stone;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any contractor of The Indie Stone;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any moderator acting for or with The Indie Stone;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any community representative of The Indie Stone;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any affiliate of The Indie Stone;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any investigator acting for The Indie Stone;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any legal representative of The Indie Stone;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any person acting directly or indirectly on behalf of The Indie Stone;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or any third party seeking access for enforcement, moderation, takedown, investigation, copying, competitive review, or hostile purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any such disclosure is a material breach of this Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Unauthorized Access by Restricted Parties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any Restricted Party who accesses, downloads, installs, opens, extracts, inspects, tests, reverse engineers, decompiles, analyzes, uses, or retains Workshop Materials despite being prohibited from doing so agrees that such conduct constitutes knowing acceptance of this Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FadedMods reserves all rights and remedies against any Restricted Party who accesses or uses Workshop Materials without authorization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Conditional Reciprocal Evidence Permission<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the maximum extent permitted by law, any Restricted Party who violates this Agreement by accessing, downloading, installing, inspecting, extracting, analyzing, or using Workshop Materials grants FadedMods, Luis Torres, and authorized FadedMods representatives a limited, reciprocal, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid permission to reference, inspect, analyze, compare, document, preserve, and use any materials, communications, claims, reports, files, screenshots, code excerpts, asset comparisons, evidence, or related information presented by that Restricted Party in connection with any dispute, investigation, enforcement action, moderation action, takedown, copyright claim, platform complaint, legal controversy, or factual controversy involving FadedMods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This section does not transfer ownership of any third-party intellectual property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This section does not waive FadedMods\u2019 ownership rights, copyright rights, trade secret rights, contractual rights, confidentiality rights, or remedies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This section is intended to preserve FadedMods\u2019 ability to defend itself, document evidence, compare materials, respond to accusations, and pursue available remedies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. No License Granted to Restricted Parties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Restricted Parties receive no license, permission, authorization, access right, inspection right, download right, use right, reverse-engineering right, testing right, audit right, or implied license to any Workshop Materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any access by a Restricted Party is unauthorized unless expressly approved in writing by FadedMods before access occurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Intellectual Property Ownership<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All FadedMods-owned materials remain the property of FadedMods, Luis Torres, or the applicable rights holder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This includes, where applicable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>original code;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>original artwork;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>original icons;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>original UI designs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>original textures;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>original models;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>original documentation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>original mod concepts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>original installer systems;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>original manifests;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>original trade names;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>original logos;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>original branding;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>original catalogs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>original configuration structures;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and original mod systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No ownership rights are transferred by website access, account creation, Discord access, download, installation, use, testing, or support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. No Affiliation Statement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FadedMods is an unofficial community modding project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, FadedMods is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, approved by, or officially connected to The Indie Stone, Project Zomboid, Steam, Valve, Discord, or any third-party rights holder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All third-party names, marks, games, software titles, and references belong to their respective owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. No Redistribution or Reupload<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may not upload, mirror, redistribute, rehost, repack, repost, publish, transfer, sell, sublicense, include in a modpack, include in a server pack, include in a launcher, include in a repository, or otherwise distribute Workshop Materials without express written permission from FadedMods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This includes distribution through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Steam Workshop;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discord;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GitHub;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GitLab;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nexus Mods;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ModDB;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Google Drive;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dropbox;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OneDrive;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mega;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Patreon;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ko-fi;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>personal websites;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>forums;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>server packs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>torrent systems;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>private file shares;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or any other distribution method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">17. No Modpack Bundling Without Permission<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may not include any Workshop Materials in a modpack, server pack, curated pack, installer pack, collection archive, private distribution bundle, or third-party launcher without prior written permission from FadedMods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Permission to use a mod on a private server does not automatically grant permission to redistribute that mod as part of a server pack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18. Installer Restrictions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Installer is provided only for authorized access to FadedMods-approved content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>modify the Installer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bypass Installer restrictions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>scrape Installer manifests;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>intercept Installer traffic;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>spoof Installer requests;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>alter Installer logs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tamper with Installer files;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bypass authentication;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>clone the Installer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>redistribute the Installer without permission;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>use the Installer to access unauthorized files;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or use the Installer for any purpose not authorized by FadedMods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FadedMods may update, disable, revoke, restrict, or discontinue the Installer at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">19. Account and Access Restrictions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FadedMods may require accounts, roles, passwords, Discord permissions, installer verification, private access approval, or other access controls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You agree not to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>share your account;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>share private access links;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>share restricted downloads;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>share restricted Discord attachments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bypass access controls;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>impersonate another person;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>provide false information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>use another person\u2019s account;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>create multiple accounts to avoid restrictions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>access materials after being removed or banned;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or help another person bypass restrictions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FadedMods may revoke access at any time, with or without notice, for any violation or suspected violation of this Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">20. Download Logs, Access Records, and Security Records<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For security, access control, dispute prevention, and enforcement purposes, FadedMods may maintain records of access to the Website, Installer, Workshop, and Workshop Materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These records may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>usernames;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discord names;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>account identifiers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>email addresses;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IP addresses;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>timestamps;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>downloaded files;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>installer version;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accepted terms version;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>download status;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>access attempts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>error logs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>device or operating system information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and related technical records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These records may be used to verify authorized access, investigate leaks, enforce this Agreement, respond to disputes, maintain security, and protect FadedMods materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users should also review the FadedMods Privacy Policy, if posted, for additional details about data collection and use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">21. User Submissions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you submit ideas, feedback, bug reports, mod suggestions, screenshots, compatibility notes, logs, comments, Discord posts, support requests, files, or other content to FadedMods, you grant FadedMods a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to use, reproduce, quote, display, store, modify, and incorporate that submission for support, development, documentation, moderation, security, and improvement of FadedMods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may not submit content that infringes another person\u2019s rights, violates law, contains malware, exposes private information, or violates platform rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FadedMods is not required to use, publish, credit, retain, or respond to any submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">22. Compatibility and Game Risk Disclaimer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mods can affect game behavior, save stability, server stability, multiplayer synchronization, performance, player inventory, vehicles, maps, zombies, crafting, traits, UI, and other gameplay systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FadedMods makes no guarantee that any mod, Installer function, update, or Workshop Material will be error-free, compatible with every game version, compatible with every server, compatible with every third-party mod, or safe for every save file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are responsible for making backups before installing or updating mods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are responsible for testing mods before using them on a live server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">27. Indemnification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FadedMods, Luis Torres, contributors, moderators, administrators, testers, and authorized representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, fees, or expenses arising out of or related to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>your violation of this Agreement;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your unauthorized disclosure of Workshop Materials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your unauthorized redistribution of Workshop Materials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your misuse of the Website, Installer, Workshop, or Workshop Materials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your infringement of third-party rights;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your submitted content;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your false statements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your unauthorized access;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your assistance to Restricted Parties;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or your violation of law or platform rules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">30. Breach and Remedies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any violation of this Agreement may cause irreparable harm to FadedMods, including loss of confidentiality, loss of creative control, loss of goodwill, community disruption, server disruption, misuse of proprietary work, and damage to protected materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A violating party may be subject to all available remedies, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>immediate termination of access;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>account suspension;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discord removal;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>installer access revocation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>download access revocation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>permanent ban;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>actual damages;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>statutory damages where available;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>injunctive relief;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>recovery of costs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>attorney\u2019s fees where allowed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DMCA enforcement where applicable;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>breach-of-contract claims;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>trade-secret claims where applicable;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>platform reports;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and any other remedy available under law or equity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">31. Access Revocation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FadedMods may revoke, suspend, limit, or deny access to the Website, Installer, Workshop, Discord access, private downloads, or Workshop Materials at any time if FadedMods believes a User has violated this Agreement, may violate this Agreement, poses a security risk, or is no longer authorized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Access revocation does not waive FadedMods\u2019 rights or remedies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A revoked User must immediately stop using and delete all Workshop Materials unless otherwise instructed in writing by FadedMods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">32. Takedown of User Access and Removal of Files<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your access is revoked, you agree to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>stop using Workshop Materials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>delete unauthorized copies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stop using the Installer where directed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stop accessing restricted channels;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stop sharing restricted information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stop assisting others in accessing restricted materials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and certify deletion if requested by FadedMods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">33. No Waiver<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure by FadedMods to enforce any section of this Agreement does not waive the right to enforce that section later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No waiver is valid unless made in writing by FadedMods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">34. Severability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, invalid, or unlawful, the remaining sections remain in full force to the maximum extent permitted by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any unenforceable section should be interpreted as narrowly as possible to preserve the intent of the Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">35. Updates to Agreement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FadedMods may update this Agreement at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Updated terms become effective when posted on the Website, included with the Installer, displayed through the Installer, posted in a FadedMods-controlled Discord channel, or otherwise made available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Continued access, download, installation, launching, or use of the Website, Installer, Workshop, or Workshop Materials after an update means you accept the updated Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FadedMods may maintain version records of this Agreement for access-control and enforcement purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">36. Governing Law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If no state is inserted, FadedMods reserves the right to rely on any applicable jurisdiction available under law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">37. Venue and Disputes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement, the Website, Installer, Workshop, or Workshop Materials shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in [INSERT COUNTY AND STATE], unless another venue is required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts to the maximum extent permitted by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before filing a claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through written notice and reasonable discussion, unless emergency relief is needed to prevent disclosure, misuse, infringement, unauthorized access, or other irreparable harm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">38. Injunctive Relief<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You acknowledge that unauthorized disclosure, redistribution, copying, extraction, reverse engineering, or use of Workshop Materials may cause irreparable harm that monetary damages alone may not fully remedy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FadedMods may seek injunctive relief, temporary restraining orders, preservation orders, or other equitable remedies without waiving any other rights or remedies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">39. Export, Platform, and Legal Compliance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, server rules, Discord rules, Steam rules, and third-party terms that may apply to your use of FadedMods materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FadedMods does not authorize use of its materials where such use would violate applicable law or platform rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">40. Survival<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following sections survive termination, access revocation, account closure, deletion, uninstalling the Installer, or ceasing use of the Website:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>confidentiality obligations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>non-disclosure obligations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>intellectual property ownership;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>restricted party restrictions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>no redistribution restrictions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>no reverse engineering restrictions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>liability provisions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>indemnification provisions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dispute provisions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>preservation of rights;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and any other section that by its nature should survive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">41. Entire Agreement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Agreement, together with any posted Privacy Policy, Download Notice, Installer Notice, Mod-Specific License, Credits File, Readme File, or written permission issued by FadedMods, forms the entire agreement between you and FadedMods regarding the Website, Installer, Workshop, and Workshop Materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a mod-specific license or written permission grants narrower rights than this Agreement, the narrower restriction controls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a mod-specific license or written permission expressly grants broader rights, that written permission controls only for the specific material identified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">42. I understand that FadedMods materials are private, confidential, access-restricted, and provided only under the limited permission granted by FadedMods.
